quick look at why the jeep 3.6l

I keep seeing people say the 3.6 is a solid engine and then in the same breath list off a bunch of failures, which is confusing. Mine has been fine so far, but reading all these horror stories makes me want to understand what's actually going on mechanically rather than just collecting symptoms...
