i need help installing the "eXylo" plugin in garageband

hi! i just joined this forum. i'm looking to use this plugin in garageband and i'm running into issues!

while trying to install the .component file into the folder, i'm either met with an "apple could not verify "exylo.component is free of malware." any suggestions would be helpful!
