What's up, if you've just made an account, I'd be great if you could introduce yourself here with a simple "Hi" or something similar just to confirm that your account is up and running properly.

Hi, I'm Chaz. I'm new to production, my main production interests are ambient, experimental and soundtrack music. Looking forward to learning here.

Hi I'm Christine, I compose and play piano at a hobby level using GarageBand and YouTube. I'm here to meet other musicians and producers to learn and for mutual inspiration. Looking forward to meeting you.

Hi All. I’m Les a singer/song writer in the UK. GarageBand Mac. I feel like I could improve in all aspects
Hi Les, right on. Good to hear from you. I thought for a moment maybe you were a spammer that got through (because of the image upload), but I'm glad to see you're a real person. Cheers.

Hi, I’m Sophia!! I have recently started doing music production on GarageBand and I’ve been looking for more advice on it. It was very discouraging at first because there wasn’t anything free on how to learn it and I’m kind of broke right now so I can’t buy anything. This is really exciting for me to finally be able to have more knowledge hopefully on this subject. I’m also a singer/songwriter. I love writing songs for other people, especially my friends. A big thanks to Andrew!!

Good to see you. To answer your question so everyone can see it:

Usually you have to go into the security and privacy settings and click Allow Anyway. But it may be different now with recent updates. It’s also possible that the plugin no longer works with modern versions of GarageBand.

yeah that's the guide i saw when i initially looked up how to install the plugin and i wasn't able to follow the steps because of the error message that came up on my end. the "open anyway" prompt doesn't show up at all, i think the download is unfortunately outdated, i reached out to the distributor as well for a possible updated file
